How Moto Rumi Club handles personal information on this website.

Who we are

Moto Rumi Club is the controller for the personal information processed through this website.

If you need to contact the club about privacy matters, you can use [email protected].

What we collect

This website is mainly an information site. Public visitors are not required to create an account.

If you contact the club directly, or if your contact details appear in an event, for sale, or wanted listing, the information shown may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, event locations, and listing details.

If an administrator signs in, the website processes login details and session information needed to keep the admin area secure.

How we use personal information

Personal information is used to run the website, publish club event and listing information, manage the admin area, and respond to direct enquiries.

The website does not currently use visitor analytics, advertising cookies, or profiling tools.

How long information is kept

Published event, gallery, for sale, and wanted content is kept until it is edited or removed by the club administrator.

Contact form messages are stored in the secure admin area until an administrator deletes them.

Admin login data is retained for as long as the admin account remains active.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion where appropriate.

For requests about information shown on the site, contact the club using the email address above.
