Club Story

The club grew from a small group of owners into a worldwide enthusiast community.

Since the start of Moto Rumi in 1950 there has always been a hard core of enthusiasts who kept the marque alive and kept looking for a club that could help them own and enjoy a Rumi again.

The club in its present form traces back to 1974, when president Tony Mooring helped establish it. A later register of owners helped Joss Ollett restart the club in the 1990s, before Paul Stokes took over as secretary.

The original website describes the club as a friendly group brought together by a shared fondness for the marque, with members based across the world.
